The only solace I have is that at least they aren't singling me out for *** service, it's everyone. I bought a European washer/dryer unit and an extended warranty from them.

A simple $13 plastic part snapped off that was located on the inside of the drum. Should be simple to order and ship, right? A month later, after I had told them where they can order the part, they shipped it to me. Then when another one of them breaks off, they refuse to honor my warranty because I had "installed" read snapped on the part myself.

They voided the entire warranty, so if something really goes wrong with the unit, they will not cover it.

They never returned my phone calls, going so far as to log into the system that they had when they didn't.

As everyone else said, miniumum of 1/2 an hour per phone call. No professionalism, inexperienced people answering the phones and a company that doesn't care.
