Today is February 6th. I called Warrantech the first time on January 2nd so it has been 36 days, or 5 full weeks since my dryer stopped working.
We are a 5 person family with 3 teenage boys. The problem is not resolved and they don't even get on the phone anymore.. "the wait time to too long so we'll call you back" - yea right! I can't even tell you how many times a supervisor was supposed to call me back.
It is obvious to me they do not care about their customers. Our regular service guy says they are the WORST warranty company to deal with. I understand that they now sell their *** warranties at HH Gregg, Best Buy, Menards, etc. I will never buy a major appliance from those companies again as long as they use Warrantech.
FYI, Lowes and Abt have their own in-house warranties. That is where I will be shopping from now on.
