After weeks and weeks of having to contact these people about a screen issue in my lcd tv, they asked me to email over photos of the tv, did not return any of my phone calls or emails, just gave me the run around, finally going on week 4 they denied my claim to fix the tv, based on the photo , did not offer to help, did not send anyone to my house, did not offer a replacement, wanted me to pay for the service call, even though I paid for a in home warranty, their customer service sucks, and I will be very careful next time I purchase a warranty, buyers beware
