Bought an extended warranty for a refrigerator. When the refrigerator broke about a month ago (10/17) I contacted Warrantech.

They sent a technician who said it was the compressor, and he was going order it. 3-4 days later, they sent another tech who to diagnose the problem again, because the first was not "authorized" to order a compressor without first verifying that it was broken. Two weeks later, they installed the compressor. The freezer still not freezing and the fridge is over 40 degree.

Ice maker not working.

Long story short, a month later, we still don't have a working refrigerator. Still have to wait 30 on hold every time we call Warrantech and wait 2-3 days for them to send a technician to "diagnose" problem.
