Very disappointed. I wasted a day at home waiting for the service tech to show up to repair my ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator.
The window was from 12-5. At 4:30 i called and was told by a subcontractor that the claim was cancelled as they dont service this area. I asked why I was not notified and they said that was the warranty companys responsibility. I called warrantech and they agreed that the claim was cancelled and had no explaination as to why I was not called.
Also, could not give me a new date for repair. Said they will call in a day or so when tbey have a subcontractor that services this area. I dont live in the boonies!
I live close to san diego. Cannot understand this lack of customer service.
