We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator. Bought the extended warranty.

Finally the store mgr at Mt Juliet HH Gregg was very instrumental in helping us retrieve a replacement as the warranty company could not find anyone to work on it. NOW...........we lost everything, and not limited to shrimp and oysters and meat brought back from Louisiana "Very expensive. " Still Still waiting on the supposedly food replacement. We sent everything requested.

NO CHECK we would NOT recommend this warranty. Their call center gives you the same story "Its in review" Whats to review? We contemplate going to the Television media if we do not get our money this week . Very disappointed.

Plan to tweet, post and advertise against this company. Very POOR service Good luck to the next customer who put trust in the Warranty they say is such a good thing.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $498.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: None of the experience.
