Well after two weeks of trying to get a repair order completed, I have cancelled the dispatch. A rep from National Platinum contacted me today around 6 PM and again after 7 PM.
He said he could get here by 7:45 tonight. I asked him if he had the baking element (part) required to made the repair. He said no he did not. I told him that we had been two weeks getting repair done at no fault of our own and if he could not make the repair tonight then we will make the repair at our expense tomorrow, because we have been given the 'run a round' now for two weeks.
The Model number was provided on first contact with Warrentech and also we offered to provide the part number. Several attempts at getting appointments set had failed.
We strongly suggest that Warrentech not be used for extended warranty purchase on anything!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $125.
Preferred solution: Reemburse for Parts costs $60.00 at once!.
