Complain about warranty on my Samsung refrigerator

Bought a refrigerator from Brandsmart usa in miami fla, 2 years ago put warranty on it it has broken a couple of times already, your warranty dept are the worst people i have the pleasure to speak to. They kept sending me back and forth to the store service dept. For two months from December 3, 2020, to February 1, 2021, been without refrigerator, finally on February 5, 2021, they put the parts they were waiting for, refrigerator still don't work. Call today and they hang up on me. I will be sending complain to the better businesses' dept, .you guys are the worst warranty. Dept ever out there.

Non cooling refrigerator appliance

Dear corporate office, My name is Telius Julmiste, claim # 733****. I have called and reported that my refrigerator is not cooling since February 17, 2021. Since then, no one has contacted me to resolve the matter unless I do. I have called many times and spent countless hours over the phone, but nobody seems to know what to do. I even spoke to a supervisor name Karen. Not only that, but I explained to those that I've talked to that I have 4 kids within my home including a baby and don't have a way to keep anything fresh for them, and still today no one calls me of any update.

Warren tech escalation manager Richard not following through and no way to contact

The escalation manager Richard has never called back I have no way to get a hold of him as in his emails he never gave me an extension the phone number that was on the email that he sent me is not a valid number.

I have had an open claim since February 2020, I have spent hours on the phone, and endless emails. I had an HP computer which was not repairable and they have used everything they could use to not give me my refund. I paid $699.99 for a computer I paid $314.95 for the extended warranty. My service provider has tried to call they have sent letters in I was they were tall I was told that it wasnt a legit company I asked them to please call the company the escalation department manager Richard told me he would call the service provider the next morning at 10 AM. The service provider waited for Richards call, he did not call until 10:45 AM and when he called the service provider didnt get to the phone in time he did not leave a message nor did he have a Phone number to return the call. After six months they are now sending me a renewal for my extended service plan that expired August 23, 2020 and still have not paid the claim of $699.99. This company is very flustered rating, Give you the runaround have you sent numerous papers into them. And no numbers to call anybody back in the last two days I have spent almost 3 hours on the phone which I was told last night to ask for an escalation manager cannot even get through to ask for the manager. Would love to get my refund check of 699.99. Correspondence for six months and then they just ignore me and now my plate coverage is expired and still no refund

Noise from refridgerator not covered

The circulator fan in the top rear is making a squealing noise. When I called for service, they said it wasn't covered because it's not actually broken yet. Noises aren't covered! It has to die first. So basically we have to lose about $200 in food and have no fridge until they can get there to replace the part.

My Vehicle was stolen early March and it is mid October and they do nothing but give me the run around. Every time I call theresa different reason as to why it hasnt been taken care of yet. They are now questioning the validity of the contract! What? It just doesnt make sense and its absurd.

5 Year plan - repair or replace. After 1st year dryer needed repair. After 2nd year dryer needed same repair. Warrantech denied the service as the cost of the first service plus the estimate for the second exceeded the cost of the dryer. Sent me a check for the difference - NOT a check to replace the dryer. This program is a complete ripoff - do not buy it.

Beyond disgusting customer service

We purchased Double combo oven from Brand smart in 2018,with extended warranty from Warantech. In 2020 around February we start having problems with the unit, so from February we had numerous visits from technician, but unfortunately without success to fix.So unit is unrepeatable.

So July 23 warantech receive notes from technician ,so now warantech have to issue check or store credit.

But at this point where is ridiculous starts.From July 20th until August 3,I spoke with customer service from warantech about 7 times and each and every time people tell me different things. So today I spoke again with warantech customer service, and again they told me other story.So now again I have to wait until end of the week to receive offer from them.I already heard that story for the last10 days.And each time when I call it, they tell me call again in couple of days we definitely will have offer for you.

I purchased a warranty from sam ash in reference to a yamaha workstation keyboard, I contacted wannenttech and spoke with a lady who was able to find my wannty. No one called me with further instructions. This was by far the worst service a person can go through especially when my product is under warranty.

This is a continuation of my previous review.AFTER I posted here on Pissed Customer, Warrantech contacted me and said they would honor my warranty. I was advised that I would be getting a call to set up an appointment with a tech.A number of days passed and I got a strange email, reminding me of an upcoming service visit.

No information with whom, or what for. This was my ONLY service issue, SO i googled appliance repair, and after a couple of calls, I found that I had an appointment. Stayed home and the tech came.He ran some diagnostics and told me that the unit needed new circuit boards. He told me he needed to order the parts and it would be a two man job.

He told me that i would be contacted as soon as the parts were in and as soon as they could schedule two men. Weeks have passed and yesterday, I called Appliance Repair Heroes to get status.I was told that I SHOULD have gotten a call from WARRANTECH bc WARRANTECH told them to close the ticket bc WARRANTECH didn't believe that my appliance needs repair. APPLIANCE REPAIR HEROES told me that it was out of their hands and I needed to contact WARRANTECH. I contacted WARRANTECH and got this reply:"per our notes from the technician sent 7/10, this is incorrect.

Notes submitted state, 'ran diagnostic found entire unit working properly.advised customer.customer is not happy with the diagnostic." Please be advised that both entities have have closed out your case based on the fact that it was reported that your unit is working to manufactures specifications."THIS IS ALL COMPLETELY FABRICATED.The tech that came to my home in June, couldn't have been nicer AND found that the unit was NOT working and ordered new parts.WARRANTECH is a SCAM company. They will do ANYTHING to take your money and give you nothing in return.User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.Product or Service Mentioned: Warrantech Warranty.Preferred solution: FIX MY microwave/oven combo.Warrantech Cons: This is a scam.

I have an extended warranty that was due to expire in early May 2020. The microwave stopped working properly sometime after the first of the year. I called in to report the problem and was met with a recording that stated (and I paraphrase) if you have been traveling out of the country or have been exposed to Covid-19, we can't help you until 14 days have passed since either travel or exposure. I called a couple of more times and was met with the same recording, and we continued to be affected by exposure. ONCE we were 14 days CLEAN, and coincidentally our county had lifted some restrictions allowing people in our home, I called back. I was met with the SAME RECORDING. I held on and explained to three different people why I was calling. Long story short, I was told that EVEN THOUGH the recording said that I couldn't be helped for 14 days post travel or exposure, I should have stayed on the line and filed a claim. I explained that the recording did NOT state that I needed stay on line. They said that I should have known...SERIOUSLY? What is wrong with these people? I keep calling and am promised multiple callbacks and it NEVER happens. I am trying to find out with whom I should appeal. I think they are scammers and this is incredibly frustrating. Don't waste your money on these chuckleheads.

My 1 month old vehicle was totaled in Feb 2020 at another driver's fault. My insurance company paid their estimated value (within 2 weeks of the accident) to the finance company leaving about a $6000 balance to be covered by Warrantech Gap coverage. All the documents requested by Warrantech were submitted within 1 week (beginning of March). It is now June and I cannot get an honest answer as to when the claim will be processed. Four months is not an acceptable amount of time to settle, what should be, a straightforward claim. Warrantech refuses to give me a supervisor to speak with. They haven't answered my numerous emails asking for information/status. I have called nearly 20 times over the 4 months for a status update. Meanwhile, I'm on the hook for continued car payments on a car that I haven't had in months. By the way, even our Kia dealer who sold us the car, has since dropped Warrantech as a Gap provider. His words to me, "They're aweful to deal with".
