ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
I had a pickup, and the transmission went bad at 50k miles. My Warrantech service plan was supposed to cover the repair, but they denied the claim because (in their own words) 'I had connections with the fire department.

I took extra protection for my HVAC unit that I had purchased from Wayfair. This company is a scam.
My remote control stopped working at the end of June. Here we are at the end of August and still no replacement. They say they will call you back - no one ever calls.
This company is a scam. I am going to complain to Wayfair about them because they are subjecting their customers to a scam.

Fraudulent company
The dealership had to cancel it, but Volkswagen of Clear Lake had “not” issued my refund nor cancelled my warranty
They collect money for extended warranties and never answer phone calls or voice-mails. Avoid any dealership that tries to sell you one of these bogus warranties.

Our dryer started emitting a squeal when in use. Googled this and advised the cause was either the drive belt or the bearings, Warrantech rep that this was not coveredt
Rep said that as long as the dryer was still operating and drying clothes their warranty would not cover the issue. Guess they wanted me to wait until the dryer stopped and or maybe started a fire

RV claim
The problem is customer service, it's the worst that I have ever dealt with. They put you on hold for up to 2 hours, then you can choose a callback if you like.
Then they call you and put you on hold for 2 more hours. It's absolutely crazy, and no way to do business, but people have no choice because eventually you HAVE to talk to someone to get your claim filed...
Nobody ever answers the phone or calls back; it's ridiculous. People pay a lot of money to ensure they're covered, and then nobody calls them back on claims.

After telling me 2 weeks ago.
They were sending a check.
I called them today and found out they never bothered to send a check for $999.95. More of a run around than customer service. Now I will wait another 2 weeks.And see if they can keep their word

Im absolutely appalled by the lack of support for using the extended warranty I purchased. Im disabled and get a different story every time I call including supervisors.
I started my claim February16,2024. I received a email on February 27,2024 that it was approved. They still havent provided me with the receipt for my records. Its been a nightmare and I highly recommend to the general public to find another warranty company.
Its absolutely ridiculous what they put customers through believe me I will never use Warrentech again!!! I wish I could give this company a -10 star rating and thats being as nice as possible.

The extended warranty I purchased. I started my claim February 16,2024.
On February 27,2024 I received an email stating that the claim was approved. Every time I called to confirm the order they couldnt give me a tracking number or order number. Im just trying to warn the general public how horrifically,ridiculous and irresponsible and absolutely appalling this claim has been.
All I need is the receipt for my replacement fireplace. Buy the way I also think its a known problem with this model of Plesant Hearth Fireplace because they sent out a replacement thermocouple and igniter
Preferred solution: Receipt for replacement fireplace and the difference between what I paid Wayfair and what Warrantech paid Amazon. I need the receipt to find out the price difference

Uncashed $500/- check
I am trying for last 2 years to cash a check for $500/- dated9/16/2021 no. 869680.
I have talked to 3 people on phone no 817-785-****.
They all promised to resolve the issue, but NEVER called back or solved the issue. Someone email me back at my email.

Refrig not cooling, tech comes says fixed, isnt working, call back, come out in another week. Doesnt show, says ordered part.
Cant say when it will be in. 3 weeks no fridge.
I have 3 kids in the house living out of a cooler. Horrible!!!

They would not make good on the warranty and refused to pay to send someone to my home for repair
Well, Warrantech starts the warranty from the DAY OF PURCHASE rather than the day of delivery so I paid for a warranty for one month where the item sat in Wayfair warehouse. Now I need my refrig serviced and they are telling me it expired last month. Ridiculous. I purchased a 3 year warranty and received the item in December so the warranty should still be in effect.
They won't budge and now I'm screwed. I have a $1600 wine fridge that isn't keeping the right temperature and no one will help. DO NOT trust this company!!
On hold forever and no supervisor available. Shocking.

Contacting you again about the lemon you sold me 2014 Cadillac CTS in May . You knew the rear end was messed up and then you tried to scan us through paying the warranty after.
They denied claim because it was preexisting. That means you soldus a lemon. Fix it. Going to attorney.
bought a 2014 CTS Cadillac in May. The differential went out in 2 weeks. Please test your car on the highway we just went around town didn't hear the noise before buying. Got car fixed since no on at the lot would answer.
They sent a picture of supposed coverage through Mile Edge Plus. We filed claim. Were informed that Auto Haus had not submitted paperwork. This is October.
The warranty company has said pre existing condition and will not pay on the purchased lemon. Can never get in touch with these people and they don't return calls.
Filed BBB. don't buy here

Waiting 6 weeks for Refund
Cancelled the extended warranty for a motorhome coverage within the 30 day grace period after purchase. 6 weeks later still waiting for my $9000 refund. They wont answer the phone.
