The worsted customer service I’ve ever tried to work with.
Preferred solution: Receipt for replacement fireplace and the difference between what I paid Wayfair and what Warrantech paid Amazon. I need the receipt to find out the price difference

Need receipt for replacement of my fireplace warranty
Im absolutely appalled by the lack of support for using the extended warranty I purchased. Im disabled and get a different story every time I call including supervisors.
I started my claim February16,2024. I received a email on February 27,2024 that it was approved. They still havent provided me with the receipt for my records. Its been a nightmare and I highly recommend to the general public to find another warranty company.
Its absolutely ridiculous what they put customers through believe me I will never use Warrentech again!!! I wish I could give this company a -10 star rating and thats being as nice as possible.

I wish I could give 0 stars
Horrible, horrible company. I purchased an extended warranty for a wine refrigerator through Wayfair.
Well, Warrantech starts the warranty from the DAY OF PURCHASE rather than the day of delivery so I paid for a warranty for one month where the item sat in Wayfair warehouse. Now I need my refrig serviced and they are telling me it expired last month. Ridiculous. I purchased a 3 year warranty and received the item in December so the warranty should still be in effect.
They won't budge and now I'm screwed. I have a $1600 wine fridge that isn't keeping the right temperature and no one will help. DO NOT trust this company!!
On hold forever and no supervisor available. Shocking.

Contacting you again about the lemon you sold me 2014 Cadillac CTS in May . You knew the rear end was messed up and then you tried to scan us through paying the warranty after.
They denied claim because it was preexisting. That means you soldus a lemon. Fix it. Going to attorney.
bought a 2014 CTS Cadillac in May. The differential went out in 2 weeks. Please test your car on the highway we just went around town didn't hear the noise before buying. Got car fixed since no on at the lot would answer.
They sent a picture of supposed coverage through Mile Edge Plus. We filed claim. Were informed that Auto Haus had not submitted paperwork. This is October.
The warranty company has said pre existing condition and will not pay on the purchased lemon. Can never get in touch with these people and they don't return calls.

Awful. Fraud. Can't reach anyone competent and service companies never show up. It's a fraud and called applicance company who sold three appliances to me with this company and probably get commission

Bad appliance
If I could give warrantech a 0 star I would this is the worst warranty place ever. STAY AWAY.
I bought a fridge in 2017 with a 5 year warranty I have called warrentech about 8 times they tell you what you want to hear "Oh we will be issuing your store a check so you can get a new fridge"." we sent the check to the store." You wait your food goes bad again. I call again they give another story, not once have they followed through with what they told me. Still waiting for them to write the check to the store so I can get the fridge they promised these guys are a JOKE.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE IGNORANT THEY LIE AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS.
