I filed my original claim 8/9/17, yesterday was 3 MONTHS since the initial filing of the claim and still not working. I have escalated this through Best Buy 4 times now and they have no power over the third party warranty company obviously.

Two days ago they told Best Buy the part was in and they were going to call, still hasn't rung yet. Can we start a class action law suit and sue for their failure to honor their contract in any sort of reasonable time?

I have five children, with seven people total in our family, talk about ridiculous. Does anyone have any suggestions to get my issue resolved?

Next time remember that all major appliances include a factory warranty.

Third party extended warranties are the subject of much complaint and distress on this website.

You're better off to hold your money in case of any repairs after the factory warranty has expired. You may not even need to spend it.

They are like insurance companies : delay and deny, deny and delay.
