These guys are great. I will never understand how a company can operate when they schedule appointments for their paying customers and then just flat don't show.
When you call in they act like they did nothing wrong. I have a job, I have a family to support and contraire to Warrentech's opinion, in my world time is money. My time is valuable and if I don't work I don't get a paycheck. I would venture to say it is the same with the employees of this fine company.
So why is it so hard for them to understand that I expect them to keep appointments that THEY schedule?
There should be a law that requires companies like this to pay us our hourly salary if they do not show up for an appointment. I get billed if I don't show up for a Dr.
Appointment. Why shouldn't these companies be afforded the same favor?
