The repair tech has been here five times and we are waiting on the warranty company to make a decision.

Here’s what we have been listening to for a over a couple weeks!!!

We purchased an LG appliance package in December 2016 the refrigerator we ordered was on backorder so they upgraded us to model LMXS30776S the fan started making a noise 9 months after we purchased it so it was replaced under the manufacturer warranty now 9 months later the fan is making the same noise. I moved everything to the refrigerator in the garage! This appears to be a common problem from what the technicians said!!! The extended warranty company Warrantech 877-456-9643 we called on May 15, 2018 and it is still not repaired!!! The technician from Best Servicers of America 561-886-6699 wanted to take the fan out and modify the plastic wheel...REALLY

No recall from LG on this model!

I have the same problem with my LG since March and they are not helping at all.

We bought the extended warranty good thing we did otherwise we would have to buy a new one.
