Have tried to call to file a new claim and it recognizes my phone number with their policy. Stay on hold forever only to hang up in frustration.
They say it is faster and easier to file on line but that doesn't work. When I register on line they say I don't have a policy even though I use the same phone number they recognize on the phone. One line, I fill out my question and submit. Their answer is that they will be back with me shortly.
They NEVER get back with you. Did this 3 days in a row and I have never heard from them.
They are a joke. They need to be investigated.
