I have purchased LG Refrigerator last year around June 2016.The model is LFXS27566S . The fridge started leaking same year.
Geek squad people came and reviewed -2-3 times Nov16,Feb 17 .They did not do replacement.They change a small part in the door .But it happened again last month.So I contacted Pacific Sales-they routed to Warrentech. They sent a person from Central Warranty Service.THey reviewed ;now saying 4 weeks to be taken to replace a door. I have suffered on average 3-4 months without vending water /ice from refrigerator in a year. Why cant a fridge be replaced.
Phone holding time is 40 minutes. It's frustrating and upsetting.
