He bought a Samsung Refrigerator Family Hub from HH Gregg 14 months ago, the cooling went out on both the fridge and the freezer. I contacted Warrantech on December 12th and could not get through.

I filed a claim online and they tried to send someone out to look at it for the 29th of December. I had to call to get the service escalated, they sent someone out on the 19th which said it would be too much work to work on the fridge because there was a leak in the one of the four compartments and they would have to take apart the whole fridge to do so. They recommended to get a replacement or get our money back.

It took then 9 Business days and multiple calling, and emailing before they got back to us offering us the same fridge, which we do not want or a settlement for $560 less than what we paid! NEVER BUY A WARRANTY FROM WARRANTECH

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unprofessionalism, No one can resolve issues, Run arounds, Phone contact was poor e-mail contact was poor solution poor.
