Fridge has been broken for 6 weeks now. Two techs who weren't authorized to do the repair have stood and looked at it.
Waiting now for another tech to do the same thing. Have to wait until "someone" at warrantech decides the fridge needs to be replaced. Good thing I don't have a pace maker warranted through this joke of a company. I don't think I could waste 6 weeks for that.
No one there cares one iota. It's not their fridge after all. I bet their beer is still cold. Next step is to start fighting with Best Buy for a full refund.
They sold the warranty. I've already told them they need to stop using this worthless entity for warranty service.
