Working on two months and our dishwasher has still not been repaired. Every week its the same story "part will go out today." Its a shame this company throws their customer service rep to the dogs.
They are faced with dealing with customer that are upset over a failed system with poor customer response and follow up. But their leadership doesn't care because lets face it - the dollars are still coming in. Please when purchasing extended warranties make sure Warrantech is not the warranty company.
The juice aint worth the squeeze. YOU BEEN WARNED!!!!
I think part of their revenue generation is really cutting expenses by making customers just give up!

Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Nothing about how they do business, It all, How they honor warranties and process claims.
